Called the branch in N Beverly today and was told after opening a joint acct with my 16 year old daughter we would leave with a debit card.for her to use. Once we got there..we were informed they could not do that...only an ATM card. Then I find out from a friend another branch gave her 16 yr old a debit card. Very disappointed they cant all follow the same rules. TD Bank...I won't be moving my banking to you.
I really don't care for this bank they are not friendly at all. And I hope that you don't have a problem coz you will need a good prayer from God to help u salivate
This it not the trustworthy bank! I have had an account with them for less then a month and a half abd I am closing it today. They claim that you can make a deposit and get cash back, but if you are a customer under 90 days then you can withdraw the money but you will get a 35.00 overdraft fee, even though the money is there. That was definitely not explained to me at any point when I opened the account AND the customer service representative had no idea about this either. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DEFINITELY A SCAM
