TDA is good for going long. The mobile app is horrible on filling orders. I purchased a stock it hit my percentage mark where i wanted to sell. And my sell order did not go through. I spent 30 minutes trying to sell my shares on the mobile app and it never filled. So I go to a computer and I lost so much money.... FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just tried to get help from TD Ameritrade about how to find a certain item on their 1099-B tax statement they issued to me. The young man was very rude and kept accusing me of seeking tax advice. I by no means want tax advice from them. Looks like a need to find a different broker. I wished I could give negative stars.
I inquired via my computer re. penny stocks.. Contacted Ameritrade via computer and signed up for business. Days later a sales person from the location on Gunbarrel contacted me suggesting that he could help with my purchase plans. Tyson... is the person I spoke to ..
