I never missed a payment over a certain amount of time , however I was late once and paid the late fee which was under 30 days. After that they lower your credit limit after each payment you make. Basically, it shows you are constantly maxed out on you credit card which kills your credit score. I do not recommend this company
I had a few issues but management called me back quickly and we resolved the issue and explained what had happened, good people.
