I most say, I could not be more pleased with the level of communication and dedication Tcs property management staff provides. It's truly exceptional service. If you own investment properties Tcs property management should be you go to team. Reliable competent and extremely professional people in the business.
Terrible management company. Lied to both landlord and tenant abut fixing heat...in dead of winter. Really do not care about even keeping the basic legal standards for occupancy. Didn't want to fix broken back door...it would not lock. Young woman staying there alone, told her it was OK. They don't really know what they are doing with anything but the simplest of maintenance issues. Took months and finally hired a contractor who was disgusted with their work. Do not waste time trying to work with them they string you along.
TCS takes care of my property and takes care of my interests. I live in the western U.S. and do not get to Philadelphia often. I have always received prompt, helpful, personal attention and reliable service. I recommend TCS to help you manage your property. Dave Clark, Denver, CO
