My kids be with doctor Lock for 9 years. He has great experience, patience and gentle with kids. I would highly recommend this doctor. We has been with a numbers of pediatricians in Houston but he is the best.

Saw him at TCH West Clinic with my baby infant. He was very rushed and did not attend to patient's needs. Upon asking him a question, he was very irritated. Very rude and disrespectful to client. We chose him due to the good reviews but it turned out to be a nightmare when he was assessing the infant. DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE INFANT AT ALL. Very disappointed and will be searching for a new pediatric physician that can apply patient-centered care.

He`s a very good doctor
Everything went well until we met Dr. Lock. we picked him for our 3.5 year old child due to great reviews but i am confident that he is not good for infants/toddlers. He was in a rush, didn't explain the problem or heard us and didn't even try to make a friendly environment for the child. He treated the kid like an adult patient, he might be good for young kids but definitely not for infant/toddlers.
Dr. Lock is great, very experienced, but I have to say, the staff are horrible... I tried to get some medical record from them, and every time it is sooooo difficult, fax machine is broken, sent the record to a medical center..... Hey, I just want the medical record fax to the daycare, is that a difficult job ??? I don't understand it....... although I like Dr. Lock a lot, I will not recommend any friend take her child there..
