I have known Carlos since he was a teenager I began working with him in 2018. I was the project manager for TCP at the time but I did not have the heart or the stomach for his way of scamming people so I confronted him in front of a family he was about to scam and he abruptly left the premises threatening to sue myself and the contractors that stayed to finish the work with me then and still to this day.
