Tcom is an example of great service inside and outside of the office. From talking with the administrators, to seeing the process of the physical labor done, all employees were caring, considerate and efficient!
After a weekend AC failure they were quick to come out and start diagnosing the issue. Rather than jump to replacing components on my 2 year old system the technician went to each potential failure source to isolate the problem. Based on speed and thoroughness, I will definitely use TCOM again
