I brought my snowblower to TCO. The employee was courteous and very professional. He helped me unload. The blower was fixed early the next day. The repair cost was about half of what I expected, and the blower works great. Kudos to TCO!

I purchased a TORO mower from a Big Box Store and found out later that if I needed any repair even warranty that they do no repairs in their stores and that I would have to bring it in and they would send it out to be repaired. I took it to T.C.O. and they told me it was a recall problem and fixed it and I had a call the very next day that it was done. Do yourself a Big Favor and skip the HOME-DEPOT(Big Box Stores) and go to TCO Power Center for good TORO products with Great service behind it.
they need some customer service training, so far I've brought my equipment in twice for the same repair and they can't seem to get it right. I will probably have to pay twice for the same job.
I've purchased all my lawn and snow equipment from TCO. The service they provide is unmatched and is always done in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone that is interested in Toro and Echo products to give them a call.
