Recommended2 years ago I had a company come out to clear root intrusions in 2 of my storm laterals or so I thought they did, Yes they got the water flowing through them but evidently left years of root growth still in them. TCM jetted my sewer lateral after having it back up, Rob then sent his camera down and found it had partially collapsed. He sent the footage to the city and it was fixed immediately! If it wasn’t for Rob going the extra mile to verify the cause of the problem another backup would have eventually reoccurred. The cost of Rob’s service was reimbursed by the city due to failure in the roadway! Remarkable service & professionalism 👍 !!!THANK YOU T.C.M. Sewer & Drain!!!
