Not happy at all. NTW sent us 4-year-old tires. I get wanting to clear out old inventory, but at what point does it become unacceptable? The customer gets ~1 year of use before they're unusable and pays full retail price? These tires are roughly one-thousand-four-hundred days old. The response I got was back was basically, "sorry, these were bought through the Michelin program".
Constant sound comes from this place, forklift reverse beeps make the outside of my new home unenjoyable and the metal dumpster noises are heard inside of the home. Very inconsiderate hopefully they invest in a sound barrier.
