Dusty and Steve and team were great to work with from budgeting through close out. Very responsive, professional and attentive to detail. Navigated complicated phased tenant improvement work in an occupied building. Solid GC for commercial work in and around Bellevue.
I have worked with Dusty (project manager at TCI) on multiple projects and have been utterly impressed by his integrity and professionalism. Under his supervision, TCI redesigned a 40K sf co-working space in Bellevue for my company. Their bid was very competitive and they walked me through the pricing and timeline prior to signing the contract. They set expectations well and communicate throughout the duration of the project. I cannot recommend TCI enough.
