Juan is mean, he overcharged me for extra stuff I did not purchase, and he also whispered under his breath "damn how much more" and procceeded to give me dirty looks and judge me throughout my experience. >:(
Delicious and a friendly staff.
The ice cream is amazing, but the customer service is terrible. The workers are rude. If you don’t know your order immediately the workers will tell you to “hurry up already.” This place may have the country‘s best yogurt, but it most definitely has the country’s worst customer service. After reading the other reviews, it is surprising that management has not made changes to this establishment’s employees. If I wanted to pay for employees to be rude and have terrible customer service I would’ve gone to Dick‘s last resort.
