TCB came and tested my air as we had been having some issues. Mark showed up timely, he was thorough and explained the process. He took time to look for areas of concern that could be causing our issues and we received the report back within two days. Highly recommend!
I can’t even begin to thank this company enough for not only getting to the root of the problem promptly, but for how seriously they took the sense of urgency in getting out to our place and inspecting. Mark and the TCB Enviro team are awesome. We had them to our house to check moisture in our wall. They quickly responded, evaluated the situation and put together a mitigation plan. Mark was very communicative, professional, transparent and fair. 10/10 would hire again.
Mark claimed he would help us get out of our lease contract, when he did not do so. Having paid for the service now feels like a waste of money. He did the testing properly, and tried contacting the apartment complex on our behalf, but it was not enough. They should not be assuring customers they can do things that do not come to fruition. If you are looking for someone to help get out of your moldy apartment, just go straight to code enforcement and consumer affairs. This company is not worth the money.
