I am visiting from out of state and it was easy to drop into a class! Kurtis was very responsive and made me feel like I was at my own gym! Super positive atmosphere great people and great gym overall! I would most certainly recommend this gym!
While visiting the area from downstate I did a Google search hoping to find a Crossfit gym that had a reasonable drop-in rate. $15 is more than reasonable, especially given that the YMCA charges $20. Kurtis is a great coach. I've been going to Crossfit for several years, but I still learned new exercise improvements from him during both classes I attended. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area for sure.
Do yourself a favor and drop in on one of Kurtis's crossfit classes. I spend July on the Leelanau Peninsula every summer, but this summer was different I wanted to kickoff a fitness journey. I pictured myself finding a crossfit class and trying to maintain a routine of 3 days a week for the month.
