I typically don’t leave bad reviews as I know people have bad days. I got braces several years ago by Dr. Kelly when he worked for Orthodontic Care Specialists. Dr. Kelly did an amazing job. Now, a fixed retainer that Dr. Kelly had installed between two of my upper teeth has come undone and is poking into my tongue. So far, my son and I have had nothing but positive experiences with TC Orthodontics. His treatment is coming along, teeth are straighter and alignment is improving too! The staff are always kind and helpful.
2 years into my braces and have had a very subpar experience here. Dr Chad has no bedside manners, at least to me. doesnt seem to care for his patients much, just speaks to the hygienists and leaves. they do not explain what they are doing at all, im left to google what words they said to each other to figure out what they are doing in my mouth. honestly just super disappointing considering how much im paying out of pocket for these braces.
