After reading many of the reviews, I can honestly agree with the majority— the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude, and this is simply from my own direct conversations with them. I explained that my son’s contract was removed from the center console while the vehicle was in their possession for repairs (with their permission). When I asked for a copy of the signed contract, I was told, “There is a $150 fee for a copy.” I explained that we weren’t requesting a new contract, only a copy of the original, yet they still ... read more
Don’t do business here. They are rude and hide everything from customers and take advantage of people who don’t have documents. The lady who sits at the front desk gets aggressive for no reason. They sell cars with over 100,000 miles and delete codes. I told the lady I will be contacting BBB to report this company and contacting my lawyer and she stated she will get her own lawyer. AGAIN DO NO BUY A CAR FROM THIS FRAUDULENT PLACE THEY WILL HIDE ALL CODES AND NOT FIX ANYTHING ON THEIR SIDE.
