Super service and the parts I needed I'm not even looking anywhere else from now on
My experience thus far related to OMC cobra service and support: 1) Wayne's videos - Insanely helpful and helped save countless hours of time (and broken parts) on proper disassembly, assembly, parts etc. It is very helpful to see what you are about to get into before you get into it. The customer service, the technical expertise and the speedy turnaround on fixing my lower and OMC outdrive was phenomenal. Considering I will own my 1979 Viking Deck boat for the rest of my life I plan on using tc electronic Marine for all my OMC needs. Thank you so much.
Brian is quick to respond by email, and they had the Cobra parts I needed available for pickup. Answered my questions also. Very impressed.
