They didn't list the price or all options in the listing. Very fair in dealing and try hard to please. Go see the rig before buying it over the phone or on line. (I was 175 miles away.) Give them a chance!
I got terrible customer service from a wide range of staff after I purchased a car from them. I live about 2.5 hours away, so I was trying to deal with the mechanical issues that arouse less than 24hrs. after I got the car home over the phone. After a month of staff admitting they don't answer their voicemail and refusing and failing to deliver messages for me I had to stop by on my way home from vacation for any sort of solution to arise.
