Great starter company with acceptable first-time-job kind of pay. They could do better at rewarding employees off of their performance. A decent amount of no-call no-shows getting paid the same as tenured staff who have never missed a shift. I can, however, honestly say I couldn't have asked for better experience. TBI is a great company to get your feet wet in the mental health field and they have fairly flexible hours if you are in school, or have a second job.
