I appreciate the expediency and thoroughness of my visit. However, I do intend to use Dr. Haber @$800 per extraction OUT OF POCKET without accepting any dental plans. I may return to my previous dentists in Manhattan for this work.

The experience was good all around. My laminate was cemented and was able to get a cleaning.
This was my second visit going into signature smile dental office. I walked in and the staff knew who I was. I was greeted with a smile and told that I would be taken in shortly. The office is clean comfortable and inviting. I have been to many dentist offices and I've seen the worst where a dentist working on a patient came out cleaning a desk with the same gloves and going back in to the room with those gloves on to the front desk speaking very loud and not respecting the other patients confidentiality. The dentist was great at explaining my issue but the game changer of my whole experience with Signature Smile Dental, was with Shaunna at the front desk. More than making me feel like an important customer, she makes me feel like I am visiting a friend. She has a gift of making someone who is experiencing pain feel at ease. In this specific visit, she took the extra mile in arranging my appointment with the endodontist and did not stop pushing until I get squeezed into the very busy schedule. Kudos to you Shaunna!
