These people just ripped me off, I was told my move out date was 11/22, I moved out in 11/20, they come back and say way after the fact, that my move out date was actually 11/30. And charged me extra plus lates fees, they just took my deposit, why was I only charged a prorated amount at the beginning of November if my lease was until 11/30, and now it’s time to give me my deposit and all I get is 200 out of 1850. I added a review and mistakenly said the prior management was wan bridge, no, that’s this crap company. The prior was bridge tower, WHO WAS AMAZING. That is all. TBD is terrible. Have a great day.
Honestly, there is so much to say, but the only thing I am going to say is T D took over our rental neighborhood in June, and since then there have been WAY more empty houses than with the previous management (who by the way, were the BEST! We miss you WanBridge!) and the people running this business are the most unprofessional and lazy human beings we have ever encountered.
