RecommendedI work at Shelby Diagnostic center. We placed a large order at lunch . They took care of us. The sweetest, caring , hard working employees ! Had our order ready, no waiting . Employees went over & beyond . We will be back for lunch . Everything was perfect & delicious ! 😀
Business response:
Haley, we truly appreciate your kind words! It is our pleasure to take care of you and provide you with the fast service you deserve while you're working hard! We are so excited to serve you again soon!
I have always loved Tazikis and always will, however twice lately my sauce has been left out of the container of my Signature Pasta when I got it to go. Imagine getting where you’re going and no sauce! Disappointing....
Business response:
Penny, thank you so much for your feedback! We want to sincerely apologize that your order was not thoroughly checked! We would love to discuss your experience further, feel free to email me at agurley@tazikiscafe.com so we can get this taken care of for you! We truly appreciate you!
We had my sons high school graduation party at the Alabaster, Al location on May 25th. It was great! I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality and service provided by the staff. Everyone was so helpful and the food was wonderful! Thank you for providing both exceptional food AND excellent customer service!
Business response:

RecommendedThank you for donating food to our Cub Scout Pack 404’s Blue and Gold Banquet yesterday. We already enjoy your food, and will be sure to tell friends how good it is and how generous you all are!

RecommendedOut of this world delicious ! I would Recommend to everyone! Everyone was so nice also !
The online menu needs more detailed information. One example : what is all included in the chicken salad?
RecommendedMy wife and I went for supper, and it was truly the best meal I’ve had in months. It was fresh, tasty, and made quickly. We both got the signature pasta salad, but I also got the tomato cucumber salad and the pasta salad. While it sounds like salad overkill, it turns out that it wasn’t. It was FRESH. This is our new favorite place. Keep on bein’ awesome, Taziki’s, and we’ll keep on eating the awesomeness.
Business response:
Robby, we truly appreciate this feedback! We are so happy to be your new favorite place! We look forward to serving you & your wife again! Thank you!
