Our family loves Tazikis! I was especially impressed after an issue with my order (which I still believe was my fault) was corrected and the chef brought my order out himself to apologize (although, again, I still think it was my fault but that didn’t matter to him).

I ordered my mother's day dinner the night before through the online application. We arrived and waited for 1 1/2 hours just to be told that they could not find my order and were not willing to make it. Of course I was already charged, I had 3 kids and a dog in the car and a diabetic mom waiting for lunch. I have not eaten a meal with my mother in 3 months and I spent a good portion of my mother's day in your parking lot. I love coming to the Alabaster location, but today my meal was less than stellar. I picked up my order and took it home to eat as I waited for the repair man. When I sat down to eat my signature past it was cold and my soft pita chips were lacking. I didn’t call because I was unable to come back to the restaurant. I just wanted to make someone aware of the decline in service that I usually receive.

My daughter and I eat there last evening.We got our our orders but the meats were over and under cooked, no problem because they got right on the mistake and got it right. Thank you for great service, atmosphere and friendly employees.
