This company does not perform access to the plumbing. If there is a wall covering the pipes, they will not gain access to the leaking pipes. I will make sure this company is never dispatched to my homes ever again. I would suggest you use another organization.
Still waiting for service after two weeks have passed. They said they had order a part that was to be here 3 to 5 business days, the 5th day passed they don't know where the part is so they didn't order it NOT HAPPY
Highly recommend Chad from Tazewell Plumbing! We built a new house FIVE years ago with a one year warranty and the exhaust pipe for the house came loose about two-three years ago and caused moisture to build in attic which also caused plastering to be ruined in one room. Chad sent a plastering business out to fix the one room. Thanks Chad for standing behind your work!!
Not impressed - you would be better off to call someone who stands by their work. After two visits and I paid them $145 and my shower is still having the same leaking issue. When I called and asked what they were going to do to make this right, they listed off some potential issues and said I could pay them to come back out since the previous visits were "eliminating other issues". No thanks - I'll be calling someone more reputable.
