They are liars. Once they make a sale, you dont matter to them. They dont back up their warranties. They lie after the fact. Every time we called or went in to the store we got a different story.I would never buy anything from them again. I wont even buy floor cleaner there anymore.
My wife and I are VERY pleased with our experience with Tazewell Floor. This past year we decided to remodel a house and many rooms needed new flooring. My father, who has used TFC in the past, highly recommended giving them a call. We met with Tom from TFC and gave him an idea as to what my wife and I wanted. When i first shopped at Tazewell Floor Covering, I asked for an immediate per square foot price. This price at first sight appeared higher than the other flooring stores in the area. However, after looking at an itemized quote from several area flooring stores, saw that this is because the people at Tazewell Floors are truly honest business people! The people at Tazewell Floors definitely know what they are talking about. I thought I understood the different types of carpet but when I walked into Lowes I was hugely overwhelmed by the various choices and no one at Lowes was able to help me. I decided I needed professional help so i went into Tazewell Floor Covering.
