You never see Dr. B. You only see NPs. Nothing wrong with that but it’d be nice to see her face every once and awhile. I was also charged for unnecessary bloodwork that I didn’t ask for nor need. That was over $150. Same thing happened to a family member who was charged for something she didn’t need as well as much more that my aunt dealt with. In all you’ve lost 3 patients that have been with you for over 10 years. Might not mean much to you but it should.
Dr. Burdette is wonderful, very compassionate and caring. She actually listens to her patients needs. I have been a pt of Dr. B’s for at least 20 years. The nursing staff she has now is wonderful and very caring.
My husband & I recently had a great experience here at this office. The staff here are very professional, courteous, & kind. We appreciated the thorough first visit. We needed urgent care last week & got in & out very quickly. Very pleased & so glad to have a Primary Physicians office that cares!
I love the service they provide me and my husband! Excited to be switching our kids to the same office 😍!
