I purchased a new boat from Chad in Feb., we have had a few bumps and a pot hole to get me my boat. I want to say I have had the best customer service I have ever had. Everyone did more than I excepted. When I purchased my boat Chad told me he would make sure that I was happy with it, he is truly a man of his word. I have had a lot of places say they will stand behind you after a purchase, but did not do it. South Shore Marina will stand behind you till its right and you are happy. Thank you
I took my boat in for service and they were very quick to diagnose and resolve the issue without trying to sell me something that I did not need,. Very professional.
Worst place I ever took my boat never again,who puts tape on burned wire's!!!!
