Had a great experience with their service for winterization and maintenance...very quick, I’m grateful they are so close and I’m not driving to cincy for my Yamaha service needs.
A big thank you to Jessie for getting my boat in and out quickly this past week. It was a minor problem but Jessie got it resolved and back to me in a day. Awesome!
Just have to say as a person who usually doesn’t do reviews I felt that after the excellent service I had in their service department I had to say something. It is hard in this area to find a marina that you can trust. Jesse and her team went above and beyond for me with Mercury in getting my issue resolved. My boat came back right and clean and couldn’t be happier with there service. I highly recommend their team and will have no problem using them in the future. Thanks again.
BUYER BEWARE! BEWARE!!! of getting service work done there. They do not do what they say. Was flat out lied to by service tech. Never again! After owner Chad got involved, talked to me like I knew nothing about boats or motors. He said motor needed power pack, that it wouldn't start. When I got it home it started on first try. Older motor that they just didn't want to work on and wanted to charge me over $1500. And they charged me $140 Just to tell me it wouldn't start. BEWARE!
