When a client chooses to work with another company, completely out of my control, something always goes wrong! So, do yourself a favor and call them first! They are the BEST!!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I am the owner of a catering company and recently rented dinner napkins and glasses from this company. Worst nightmare and customer service I have ever received from anyone that I’ve dealt with in the catering Rental industry! The older lady with Med, blond hair that works in the front desk is the rudest lady there. They do not insure any of their things in case of wear and tear or any kind of accident! This place is sorry, always has been.. the owner does not care about his employees whatsoever. Couldn't let one his long time employee's off on a Saturday for his wedding!! They rent out wedding equipment but if one of their employees has a planned wedding it's unacceptable to allow them the day off and loses his job.. he hires felons and does not drug test by the way.
I would never use this place poor poor management. Who fires a long time employee for taking the day off to get married.
