After an absolutely horrible experience with another bigger name furniture store, we stopped in desperately searching for a sectional. After finding what we thought was the perfect couch, we got home and realized it wouldn't fit. Our salesman Kevin did absolutely everything in his power to help us find a solution, even going as far as offering to personally come to our home on a Saturday night after business to see if be could help us make the couch fit! We LOVE all the furniture we’ve purchased at Taylor! Kevin N. is a top of the line salesman- with great customer service! We have never got better quality furniture at a better price! Our most recent purchase of our king bed, mattress and night stand took us 30 minutes out the door with paperwork! Would highly recommend!
