Great Place stopped in today to have a watchband adjusted friendly prompt service
Absolutely terrible experience with this bench jeweler. Their craftsmanship is subpar, and their customer service is just as bad. After three attempts, they still couldn’t properly fix my grandmother’s ring. The first repair was an absolute disaster - sharp edges were left behind, scratching her skin, and part of the repair was left unfinished. It was both embarrassing and unsafe. I had gone to this company to resize my very expensive ring, I told them not to take off the engravings. They not only took off the beautiful original engravings, the resizing was very noticeable. Terrible job. Do not go here.
Perfect deal and wonderful service! Other places charged over $200 to just replace the 14k buckle. This place did it for $70 plus a free clean. Will come back again!
Not the place to buy coins even though their sign clearly states gold and silver coins. Person I spoke with was rude as well. Quite unfortunate. Also their sign out front says silver is $26 when spot price is above $27.50 and they are “ only “ buying. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend selling here.
