Never have I ever had such horrible service. I brought my engagement ring in to get it sized, they told me adding sizing balls on the inside would be a good choice. I looked and tried on their sample ball sizing ring- it was clean and comfortable. When I came to pick up my ring I was so excited that it would finally fit, I didn’t look at the craftsmanship (because I trusted them), I just put it on and flung my hand around making sure it wouldn’t turn on my finger. “Perfect” I thought!! Absolutely terrible experience with this bench jeweler. Their craftsmanship is subpar, and their customer service is just as bad. After three attempts, they still couldn’t properly fix my grandmother’s ring. The first repair was an absolute disaster - sharp edges were left behind, scratching her skin, and part of the repair was left unfinished. It was both embarrassing and unsafe.
