I was out of town when I brought my truck in for front control arms and bushings, and Taylor’s Automotive still managed to get me in and serviced the same day, which I really appreciated. The owner and employees are straightforward and honest and didn’t bother upselling to me which I really liked
I called Taylor last night at 7pm to tell him about my alternator issue. He was able to get me in this morning and had my car done today. Everything works as it should and they were super friendly! Thanks guys, yall are great!
These guys were very helpful! I was from out of town & worried about a light that had come on, on my dash. It was almost closing time but they found time to hook it up to the reader. They were knowledgeable, informative, fast/ efficient, & friendly. They seemed very trustworthy. Taylor's Automotive gets a 5 star rating from me!
If you want business. Don't be sexist or rude on the phone. Do not recommend this place if you are a woman. He will laugh at you when you try to explain what you need done.
