Corey stands by his work and is very responsive to customer concerns. The company repaired our chimney in 2015. One of the caps became dislodged this year, and he immediately took care of it. Very impressive.

Very impressed with Taylormaid owner Corey and staff. From the first call to request chimney inspection, to the visit, and throughout the entire chimney removal project, the staff was friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They were diligent about following mandated Covid-19 guidelines. Wore masks, maintained social distancing and covered shoes when entering the house. Their work ethic is truly exceptional. The Taylormaid representatives had a thorough knowledge of the regulations regarding chimneys which enabled them to provide a first-rate evaluation of the chimney. They then made provided several options on how to address the issues and their prices were very reasonable. The work they then performed was done promptly, which included installing a new gas fireplace. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.
I ren tmy house through the Taylor maid company. I am leaving a review to show the character of the company, which I believe deserves recognition and I hope it sets an example for others. I am working full time as an essential employee. I took off some time because of the corona virus scare. My daughter had a horrible job done on her chimney and was pouring money into it like a sieve and it was still leaking in the house. I had Corey fix my crown and chimney last year and I was so impressed with all his expertise. He was so conscientious, knowledgeable and skilled. He is a perfectionist...I was so pleased. The owner is hands on and performs most of the skilled work. His employees are courteous, considerate and very polite. The company delivered the work as promised within a reasonable time. The owner was forthcoming on each detail and offered expert advise supported by his experience and willingness to have others inspect any work performed. Including myself and my own family who are tradesmen. I would recommend the company and use their services again.
