It has taken me TOO LONG to write this OUTSTANDING review for this company!! We got our roof done in May and it was utterly shocking how fast this team moved!! Stripping the roof to the bone, getting the materials to my home, install of the new roof, and clean-up all in less than 12hrs!! They also came back the next day with a big magnet to make sure they got all of the nails - unreal! Ethan (and Mark) was quick to respond and answer questions from the very start, either by text or phone. He explained all questions clearly and addressed our concerns with patience. When we were on the fence concerning the color of the shingle, Mark brought large samples to view under different light situations. Dave Raymond took a look at our roof today after we noticed a water stain on our ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem for us.
I cannot praise TaylorMade Roofing enough. My house suffered wind damage creating major problems both with my roof and interior. Mike and Marc were exceptional to deal with. Both were very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication guiding me throughout the repair process including the insurance claim.
