Took a gaming computer in to get more space. They called not even an hour later and gave me a quote. Done the next day. Great service!

Two times I have dealt with this business and I believe the Tech is a shyster. First time I needed a new graphics card, dropped it off and then when I went to pick it up, he didn't get the card that was supposed to go in there, but a card of lesser power and quality...and didn't even call to tell me! Didn't tell me until I asked. Couldn't understand why I was upset. Second time, needed a simple key replacement, one key for the keyboard, and he said he didn't know if he could do it. LOL. Really!
