I am also here to warn others that Taylor and Tyler is no longer in existence. When I called I was redirected to Southern Air Nola. I thought, "How much different could they be?" My takeaway is very different. Two weeks later, I'm 3 grand poorer, and I've had to deal with them several times. They are clearly all about upselling you on all these needs you might have. We just wanted to get our HVAC serviced like we used to by Taylor and Tyler. They might find the need to put freon in or had an occasional repair recommendation.... read more

They charged my parents almost $600 to clean their unit. They spent less than an hour there. They took off the fee for driving out there so I'm grateful for that. I will never refer T&T!

I’ve used Taylor and Tyler for over 4 years with great success, as a military member managing a small property from a distance. They have lost my business due to an idiotic new policy. It will allow significantly less flexibility in addressing tenant issues, since it now requires property manager or owner on site for all repairs, despite no concerns over tenants being there ever having occurred with my property over the years.
