I can’t recommend Taylor Smith Automotive enough. I came here unsure of whether or not a deal could be worked out on a trade-in I had, and yet Taylor had me in a gem of a 4Runner within a little over two hours. Not only was Taylor honest and straightforward with me, he additionally advocated for me by securing the best possible rate for my situation. Anyone who’s interested in dealing with an honest salesman should look no further than here.
I had been looking online at cars for weeks... thought I found the one at a different dealership. But pulling into that other dealership, I didn't want to purchase anything. So I kept looking and pulled into several other places before pulling into Taylor Smith's lot. This dealership was the only place where someone came out and greeted us. Just purchased a Chevrolet Colorado from Taylor. Truck was exactly what he said it would be. The price was more than reasonable compared to similar trucks that I had been looking at. Taylor was very friendly and very informative and had the best customer service I have seen from any type of dealership. Absolutely the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Quick and easy just the way it should be. Will definitely keep him in mind should I need another vehicle.
