I do not recommend this leasing agency. When I signed my lease, I was not told I was responsible for caring for the lawn or any information about who exactly to contact when there was a problem with the property. When I moved out, I called them to ask about my deposit. They did not return my calls until a couple months went by. do not recommend that anyone rents a property from them unless they improve their customer service dramatically.
Carolyn Taylor is a NUT. She is either unwilling or incompetent of managing any property; rude and unprofessional. She also blames the actual property owner (the LANDLORD) for unresolved issues; very disorganized, dishonest.
Don t rent through this agency. They may only function as a tenant search agency, then you get stuck with a landlord who cannot manage her property and expects you to do it (as in: take time off work to meet the plumber, AC repair, etc). No wonder the property I vacated has not had a tenant in 4 months!
We chose Carolyn Taylor to handle our rental property in Tulsas midtown area at the suggestion of our real estate agent, Joe Kifer of Keller Williams, because we are long distance owners, living at present in San Francisco. She has represented us so well, taking care of all the needs of the property and making our owner-tenant relationship a most postive one. It was very important to us that our property be maintained as if we were living there ourselves and she has more than met our expectations. We highly recommend her.
I found Carolyn to be rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend her to anybody looking to lease a house.
