Very disappointed. Was completely attacked by Dr Hessen for wanting to do a delay shot schedule. Repeatedly told me of how I would likely get in a car crash on my way home and kill my two children vs getting shots. DO NOT tell anyone that, let alone a 4 day postpartum mother!! They also have a sick waiting room in which you have to walk through to be able to get to the well child waiting room that only holds 6 chairs. I had high hopes but won’t be back.
Personally they are rude workers. If you don't like working around kids, don’t! My baby was just born when we first went there and they sat us down in the sick kid waiting and then after like 10 minutes said “oh you need to be in the other room ma’am” I’m sorry maybe instead of chatting it up with your co-worker communicate to your patients. One doctor there was super sweet told you everything he was doing and played with your baby while doing his job but I will not be going back.
Dr. Hesson is the best hands down!! He’s so patient when it comes to answering questions (my boyfriend and I are new parents) and clearly loves his job. I couldn’t say anything better about the nursing staff and front desk staff either, everyone is amazing

An being autistic they need to know what is going on directly. These girls. Gave him both shots in one arm after telling him it was going to be both an it hurt him all because they wanted to get... read more
