I understand credit is a criteria, but if you have anything at all negative on your report don't even attempt to apply. You will be charged $50.00 per person (meaning $100.00 for you and your spouse if married.) To top it off, they ran my spouse's info first and denied it. So instead of stopping right there, charged $50.00 more to run my info even though they knew my spouse was denied. So the company just made $100.00 in 15 minutes.
Allison and all the Employees are so welcoming, accommodating, helpful. She's been a blessing to me. I highly recommend Taylor Real Estate 👍👍There team went above & beyond for me. I give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The management team is so easy to get in touch with! They work with you through every situation that may come up. They handle things quickly and efficiently. They are so personal! I love that they know who I am when I walk in and give me their undivided attention!
