Ray Is the most narcissistic Realtor We have ever dealt with. He was very pushy and desperate for us to use him. He exaggerated numbers and was not forthcoming on any leads. We will not recommend him to anyone.

Worked with Ray Towles on a recent home sale and can report a very positive experience. He is a seasoned negotiator who really knows his way around the real estate business. I ended up getting top dollar for my home and went to closing in under 60 days even though sales in my neighborhood have been a little sluggish. He definitely knows how to market a property and make the sale. Will absolutely use him as my agent when ready to purchase a new home in the spring.

Ray Towles helped me purchase a home in the Northern Virginia area. I have purchased a few homes and have worked with ~10 Realtors. Ray is one of the better Realtors I have worked with. He was readily available and very helpful with the closing process, which is normally difficult. He was the one that was pushing the settlement company and lender, and through his help we were able to close on time. I would, and have, recommended him to friends.
