I am filing this complaint regarding ***** ****, who represented me in the purchase of my first home, which closed on July 31, 2025.Prior to engaging his services, we had a clear verbal agreement that he would contribute 1% of his commission toward my closing costs. Taylor Properties has one of the worst real estate agents working for them. Trevor S******* is an unethical real estate agent. His homes are over-priced and lack livable quality even after reconstruction. His loan and funding practices are fraudulent and his unethical practices are far from industry standards. WARNING: Do not do business with this person. His license should be reviewed and his properties should be thoroughly investigated. My mom was dealing with Kelly ******* who sold her home Capitol Hill and my mom have no place to go during a pandemic, mind you my mom is a senior. So to make a long story short, Kelly ******* is now holding my mom hostage to the agent agreement that she had and I her child got a lawyer for my mom to be released and then Kelly ******* in turn ask my mom to sign a 3 page non-disclosure agreement after coming from vacation Friday September 11, 2020.
