****update****- We have now moved in with my parents due to wasp! my son is allergic to them and bee sting and we have had three of those stingy monsters come in our room. They are coming through the vents we think. We called emergency maintenance who was understanding even though he couldn't do anything, he offered to bug bomb the place but admitted it wouldn't do anything because they don't know where the colony is and that i would have to cover all my furniture which would be a lot for no results. I've been here a year and it's been pure hell. Not the staff but the spiders, water bugs, was, mold and leaks inside their apartment. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and has been a nightmare! I've never been at peace me and my son sleep in the living room mostly because the bedrooms are infested. The appliances are out dated and crappy at. I've now been at Taylor Pointe Apartments for 1 yr. I enjoy it here, The office staff Mrs. Ebony and Mrs. Michelle are the best, Both of them are very sweet, understanding, and patient. Mizell that works maintenance is always on time with any problem you have in your apartment and he's patient, he's a hard worker and very kind. I give them 10 stars
