Awesome place to live, and is located around business: Food Lion, Bowling Alley, 7-11. Western Branch schools down the street, easy to get on/off of Interstate 64/664. Just everything convenient in one area!!!!!!
Enough Is Enough This place is infested with bugs, outdated, overpriced, and clearly in need of serious renovations. It feels like maintenance is constantly patching things together instead of actually fixing the underlying problems. I can’t help but wonder if spending less on repairs means bigger bonuses for someone else, while residents are left dealing with the consequences. I have now lived here for six months, and at this point, I can honestly say I hate this place. I have NEVER been late on my rent, not once. Yet somehow, the new office staff applied my rent payment to someone else’s account, resulting in me receiving notices and charges as if I failed to pay on time. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. I moved to Taylor Pointe Apartments while going through a divorce and was looking for a fresh start. The leasing process itself was easy, and the staff showed me the different apartment options: Basic, Classic, and Upgraded. I toured an upgraded unit and was told the main differences were the hardwood-style flooring, newer cabinets, and updated appliances.
