I moved to Taylor Pointe Apartments while going through a divorce and was looking for a fresh start. The leasing process itself was easy, and the staff showed me the different apartment options: Basic, Classic, and Upgraded. I toured an upgraded unit and was told the main differences were the hardwood-style flooring, newer cabinets, and updated appliances. I had the best service. Ms. Ebony is wonderful and guided me every step of the way. Every question was answered, and it was pleasant and helpful!!!
If you need a place to live this is where you need to be. Shout to Ebony in the front office. She makes sure her residents are taken care of! And you can depend on the maintenance team to take care of any apartment issues or concerns!
Do not, I repeat, do not move here. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Upstairs neighbors are loud. When you file a noise complaint, the office does nothing. Water heater leaks, HUGE bugs 🪳 inside and outside of the apartment , and they will tow your car at any opportunity they can.
