If you need a place to live this is where you need to be. Shout to Ebony in the front office. She makes sure her residents are taken care of! And you can depend on the maintenance team to take care of any apartment issues or concerns!
Do not, I repeat, do not move here. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Upstairs neighbors are loud. When you file a noise complaint, the office does nothing. Water heater leaks, HUGE bugs 🪳 inside and outside of the apartment , and they will tow your car at any opportunity they can.
Do not sign that lease until you look at these apartments on the inside! Ms Michelle definitely got me with that one! Everything is so outdated it’s ridiculous! The stove was older than me! They nice on the outside but HORRIBLE on the inside! NASTY! Like y’all don’t hire people to come clean before y’all rent it out?! I wish I could move ASAP! I just had the worst experience of customer service ever!! I literally walked in the door of the front office to do a tour. Some short haired lady hollered from the back of the office! I started looking around then I seen her come out. I informed her that I had a tour at 9am (it was 8:55am!) she informed me that she was not open yet and she had other things she was trying to finish first! Her attitude was rude, nasty and unprofessional! I would never apply or refer anyone to this apartment complex!
I want to start by saying the office staff has always been professional and kind. However, , I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the tenants there. A tenant named Candice blocked me in while I was simply trying to back up and turn around in the parking lot. She refused to let me out and held me against my will as she used rude, foul language, claiming I was in “her spot” even though there are no apartment numbers or reserved markings on that parking spot indicating that it belongs to her.
