Management worked with me to fix any problems I had with the unit on move-in. Units have been updated recently with new finishes, appliances, etc. Responsive maintenance team. Incredibly spacious with high ceilings, about twice the size of my previous apartment (1300sqft vs 700sqft) for about the same price. Private back patio and yard space. Worst units in Oxford. Complete lack of management communications.
I lived here for 3 years. I loved this place. It’s feel like home. Close to campus and take just few minutes to the Square. It’s quiet and safe place to live in Oxford. It’s was a good neighbor. They have good landlord who’s responded to every time when we needed anything and the maintainers came over to fixed thing on time. It was so very precious time 3 years to lived there.
