Some of these reviews are older so let me do a refresh. I stayed here from Spring 2022 until May 2024. The Good: the place is spacious and at the time very well priced. Neighbors were quiet and nice. The Bad: When I moved-in in January 2022 the heat was not working and I slept a couple of nights in 50 degree temps. When the summer came, the a/c would not get below 75 degrees in extreme heat. Management worked with me to fix any problems I had with the unit on move-in. Units have been updated recently with new finishes, appliances, etc. Responsive maintenance team. Incredibly spacious with high ceilings, about twice the size of my previous apartment (1300sqft vs 700sqft) for about the same price. Private back patio and yard space. Having lived all over Oxford, I can confidently say this is the best value and highest quality anywhere in town. If you can find an open unit I would definitely take the opportunity to ... read more
