PAUL TAYLOR HOMES REFUSES TO CORRECT CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS! The fire sprinkler system piping in my home failed, which resulted in extensive water damage. The fire sprinkler system technician who repaired the ruptured pipe noted that the piping was not properly insulated. Furthermore, the evidence gathered since the fire sprinkler pipe rupture indicates that the fire sprinkler system piping was improperly insulated in several locations throughout the home. Lisa H Paul Taylor Homes rock! Or I might say, are built solid as a "rock"! I built my custom home over 3.5 years ago and it is still as wonderful today as the day I moved in! I started with a really great design and was allowed to customize it, the design gallery experience was fun and my builder is the best! As far as warranty, I've only had one warranty call. 3.5 years after moving in, the HVAC was making a really loud noise, Paul's subcontractor came out and took care of it! Great Homebuilder! Paul Taylor homes built our house and we could not be more pleased with our home and home building experience. We were nervous about building a home, as many people have told us what a nightmare their experience was. But ours ran smoothly, and any issues we had were quickly and satisfactorily handled by our salesman and builder. Paul Taylor has beautiful floor plans and elevations, and the company prides itself on using high quality materials in all its homes.
Two great houses! I am in my second Paul Taylor Home. I built my first Paul Taylor Home in 2001 and it was a wonderful home. In 2006 we decided to build a bigger home and there was never a question about what builder we would use; Paul Taylor Homes built my second beautiful home! Best Value After a long and careful review of several of the local area builders, we selected Paul Taylor as our “Best Value†builder. This home represents our third custom-built home and has certainly proven to be the most enjoyable and memorable. Great Investment We got extreme value for our money and this home is a fantastic investment. All the bells and whistles (crown molding, hand scraped flooring, etc) and Paul Taylor homes are willing to let you amend and customize your home to your desire. They are also very easy and willing to work with you throughout the construction process. Paul Taylor homes G&S sprinklers I have learrned that many others have had the same issue we are having with our Paul Taylor home. The fire sprinkler system installed by G&S Fire Sprinklers burst during the cold weather because it was not installed properly. Flooded my media room. My poor ngihbors entire house flooded becasue they weren't home when it burst. Also in talking with G&S they have had numerous complaints. Their response "call your homeowners" I don't think so...see u in court!
Derby We would not recommend building with Paul Taylor! We have built three homes! One with Knight West Contruction, one with Toll Brothers, and now with Paul Taylor Homes. It has been the worst experince we have ever had! It took them 5 months to pour the slab after signing our contract! You only get 2-2 hour trips to the design center to pick everything for the whole house. On the third trip you will review what your selections are and sign.
