Honest Review of My Time at Taylor Oaks Apartments I lived at Taylor Oaks since 2014, originally in unit 2 where I encountered roach issues that were never disclosed before I moved in. Sadly, those problems continued in my most recent unit and got worse over time. I ended up moving out of unit 58 at the end of July because management decided to raise the rent despite unresolved issues with cockroach infestations and mold in the bathroom. DONT MOVE HERE. Rent is cheap but it's severely infested with roaches! When I first moved here never once was there a mention of a roach problem. I should have know that it was too good to be true. On top of that there is a black mold problem and for some reason it keeps coming back. My own dad has had to come fix these here because there was a time where we didn't have a maintenance person on hand. i lived here 3 years simply bc it was affordable . other than that it’s honestly a terrible place to live at . poor ventilation , black mold , roach infestations. and leasing manager is very careless. there’s homeless ppl all in that area across from apartments . never any parking . list goes on .

WORST place to live. Do not sign a lease here. filthy. Infested with roaches an owners do nothing about it. No place to park homeless camps all over people shooting guns five peopel in a one bedroom apartments. #18 wins award for rudest neighbor award bc teenagers screaming at each other constantly and playing video games so loud it shakes the walls. Hot water goes out all the time.
