DONT MOVE HERE. Rent is cheap but it's severely infested with roaches! When I first moved here never once was there a mention of a roach problem. I should have know that it was too good to be true. On top of that there is a black mold problem and for some reason it keeps coming back. My own dad has had to come fix these here because there was a time where we didn't have a maintenance person on hand. i lived here 3 years simply bc it was affordable . other than that it’s honestly a terrible place to live at . poor ventilation , black mold , roach infestations. and leasing manager is very careless. there’s homeless ppl all in that area across from apartments . never any parking . list goes on .

WORST place to live. Do not sign a lease here. filthy. Infested with roaches an owners do nothing about it. No place to park homeless camps all over people shooting guns five peopel in a one bedroom apartments. #18 wins award for rudest neighbor award bc teenagers screaming at each other constantly and playing video games so loud it shakes the walls. Hot water goes out all the time.
