I bought a house from the builder Taylor Morrison Inc in 2018. The house quality is very disappointing. So does the customer service. The air conditioner in my house does not work now, and I called them many times and emailed them 2 times to ask for someone to stop by my house and fix the issue. Each time I got a message was that they will ask someone to call me back. However, nobody calls me back and nobody to solve the air conditioner's problem!!! VERY TERRIBLE BUILDER EVER!!!
