Taylor Morrison Warranty - We put in a ticket 5 days ago with the warranty company as our garage from the outside will not open. We have to come into the house to open the garage door. We checked and the senor is off and not operating properly. This is ridiculous. Taylor Morrison representative who is assigned to us continuously ignores my ticket requests. Reputed home builder, however company does not fulfill warranty on time and never ask how was our experience after 6 months or 1 years as they know company has failed to keep promise or provide professional job to satisfy home owner. I have many home owner can express same as they don't have platform to share owner's review thus many home owner trust.
Taylor Morrison breached my original contract I signed with *************************. I had to enter in to a new contract and lost my ****** deposit. When I signed my original contract I was told by the sales person I could replace rock with matching pavers and add a double gate on my 15 foot side yard. I chose to build with Darling homes because of the excellent product that they had built in the area over the past 13 years I've lived here. Unfortunately the quality of the home is not up to par with what the company was producing 10 years ago. We have had many problems from day 1 with construction and quality of the products installed in the home. I will give zero star if I could! Taylor M******* (Darling Home) used the cheapest material and labor to build my home. I've built 3 houses so far and TM gave me the worst experience during the construction. They lied and lied again, never solved one single thing, only cared about pushing forward to build fast and getting the money. All the wood pieces during the framing were not even in shape. These people are a disgrace to the building community and should not be classified as a builder. If ever licensing was needed it would be to stop these people from what they do to unsuspecting buyers who have no construction background which is the majority of their clients.. I build a Darling home in 2014. It was a very stressful experience as I felt the home was being poorly built. The construction manager told me that "this was the best framing job he had ever seen". I've had very little help from Darling homes with a major roof defect. My home was built in 2015. Ever since completed, I've had shingles blow off in moderate winds. I've always had them replaced at my cost. Recently I had two major sections of shingles flapping in the wind so that I could hear them banging down each time. I had my contractor look and he found several rows of shingles without nails.
