My wife and I went under contract with Taylor Morrison in Castle Pines, CO. We thought we had found our dream home and we were so excited. Little did we know the hell we would be going through by working with this company, who calls themselves "America's Most Trusted Builder". We made the mistake of buying from these yahoos in Jan of 24. We're in Colorado and purchased their Vail model. Sadly their plans were faulty and everyone on our street with this model has uneven floors up-stairs. We quickly submitted two large warranty items. Now over a year later they have yet to make any progress on either item.
Their inside prequalifying process cost us dearly and they don’t care. After I disclosed everything on the initial forms “their oversight” even after approving everything!!!! Their oversight caused the loan to be unapproved after contracts had been signed on my sale of my home. They don’t care about you. Stay away from their Lending team!
