They actually tried to destroy the career of a home inspector who pointed out flaws in their new constructions (which are egregious). Did they take the honest criticism to heart and work to make improvements? No, of course not. They decided that money was better spent going after the inspector in court and trying to strip him of his license. Absolutely pathetic. And it will bring even more negative attention to them (welcome to the Barbara Streisand effect). Ridiculous. Do not buy homes from these people
Their contractors run over my yard constantly and they won’t do anything about it. I’ve called customer service 2 times, left multiple messages and emails. Horrible company.
Must see Taylor Morrison - Elizabeth, CO!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I can’t speak more highly of our sales rep Kris Viskane and super intendant Isaac Hermes. They called us every week during our build to give us updates, talked through all the little details and helped us understand a lot of construction jargon we knew nothing about. High quality construction coupled with incredible customer service!
Taylor Morrison is so incredibly incompetent that they actually decided it would be a good idea to sue home inspectors for pointing out the massive flaws in their construction.
