Trashy – I can only review on what I have seen from this company. I have called more than 5 times in the last 3 months regarding the trash pickup for a building they manage in the Ravenswood area. They obviously don’t pay their bills for their HOA since one in March 2011 and again in June 2011 the dumpster for their building has overflowed completely leading to rats and birds dissecting the trash bags. Horrible Horrible Horrible Management Company – Hope this will be helpful to future condo associations. Taylor Management is the worst property management company I have worked with. They are not only non-professional, but they are lame and unruly. They have been managing our condo association for past two years and during these two years they have do nothing but making sure THEYget paid. They lacked everything from service to common courtesy. A Good Company in A Tough Business – My experience with Taylor Management has been very good. They have managed our condominium association in Chicago for 3 years. During that time they have been generally very responsive and worked hard to address the needs of our association members. We switched to Taylor Management after using several other companies that charged almost double for the same services.

B Taylor Hogan is a con man – B. Taylor Hogan is a con man and Taylor Management Consultants will start out appearing responsible then stop giving you any service whatsoever, meanwhile will most likely be fake billing and stealing your hard earned money. Stay away from them and please report all problems to the governmental authorities, the State's Attorneys office and file police reports when approrpriate.

THEY WROTE CHECKS FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT APPROVAL!!! – Being a new condo owner in Chicago, I struggled with the decision of turning over our HOA and paying money to do so. Almost bends over backward to do a terrible job – I'm writing this in the hopes that other condos are not sucked into the trap that is "Taylor Management." I owned a condo in a small, self-managed building that recently hired Taylor to take over management duties. The list of complaints goes on for miles and they've only been servicing our building for six months!
